Tracy Gold


Although a native of New York, Tracy graduated from Tulane University in 1986, before receiving her Juris Doctorate at Brooklyn Law School and returned to New Orleans over 27 years ago. While living in New York, Tracy was an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County for over 5 years and is at home in a court room thanks to her extensive trial experience.

Tracy has been practicing law for over 30 years, and is experienced in all aspects of Family Law. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and St. Tammany Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in Louisiana and New York. Tracy has the highest possible AV Preeminent rating in the Martindale-Hubbell directory.

Tracy lives in Covington with her husband of nearly 30 years, David Gold, with whom she has raised three wonderful sons. After a 14 year absence, during which she practiced family law at Tranchina & Mansfield, Tracy has brought her family law practice back to The Aubert Law Firm where she and David first started as lawyers when they moved to New Orleans. Tracy’s personal and professional experience allow her the perspective to fully and faithfully assist all of her clients as they navigate through the difficult divorce process. Tracy has extensive experience in helping families through the following areas of practice: Divorce, child custody and support, community property division, paternity, domestic violence, protective orders, grandparent’s rights, and adoptions. She provides legal counsel in St. Tammany, Jefferson, Orleans, Tangipahoa and East Baton Rouge parishes.
